We produce wine from our own vineyards. Certified organic since 2010.

Attention to Detail
» Around Langenlois, we cultivate a mosaic of precious plots. This small-scale structure is our greatest asset: it allows us to play with the nuances of the soil and microclimate. When the label says ‘Ried,’ it means the pure, unadulterated character of a single vineyard is captured in the bottle.«

Certified organic and a commitment to going the extra mile
The Soil (Composting)
No synthetic fertilizers. We nourish the soil with our own compost to naturally promote the vitality of the vines.
Diversity (Landscaping)
Clover, buckwheat, and oil radish: Our row crops are blooming. This loosens the soil and provides a home for beneficial insects.
Manual labor (plant protection)
Prevention over chemicals. By carefully managing the foliage, we create space for the grapes to breathe—thereby keeping the use of pesticides to a minimum.
Gentle vine pruning
We prune our vines using the a method to prevent wounds on the plant to ensure that our vineyards remain productive well into old age.
Mechanical control instead of herbicides (weeds)
We plow and brush. We use machinery to work the soil beneath the surface, keeping it clean and fertile.
